Gastronomy
Two tables, one landscape
A cuisine rooted in the landscape
Restaurante Puebloastur · Asturias
The land surrounding Puebloastur writes much of the menu. What grows nearby reaches the kitchen with the natural rhythm of the fields, preserving its origin and quiet honesty.
Our restaurant celebrates a cuisine rooted in proximity and inspired by the Slow Food philosophy: local produce, seasonality and a slower way of understanding Asturian gastronomy.
Restaurante Puebloastur
Each dish begins with the same question: what is the land offering now? Asturian tradition, nearby produce and a cuisine that leaves a memory without needing to announce itself.
El Halcón private dining room
The house’s private dining room. A reserved setting for intimate celebrations, discreet gatherings and gastronomic experiences conceived exclusively.
A way to experience Asturias at the table: with calm, with landscape and with respect for what the land provides.

The quality distinction Mesas de Asturias – Gastronomic Excellence, created in 2003, recognises restaurants that interpret Asturian cuisine through a refined balance of tradition, creativity and respect for the territory.
Linked to the finest local produce and to the human and natural landscape of Asturias, this distinction turns the gastronomic experience into more than a meal: a journey through the culinary identity of the Principality.
The use of this distinction is regulated by the Government of the Principality of Asturias, which establishes the conditions, requirements and technical criteria for its recognition among Asturian hospitality businesses.

Palacio de Nevares, a glass of Asturias
At Puebloastur, we welcome our guests with Palacio de Nevares, a wine born from our land and connected to an honest way of understanding Asturias: close, authentic and deeply rooted in the landscape.
The project is shaped by respect for primary production, agriculture and the slow transformation of the fruit of the vine. A commitment to local produce and to the quiet value of what grows nearby.
Palacio de Nevares is our wine: an expression of the land where Albarín, Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Mencía grapes grow, surrounded by apple orchards and hazelnut trees.
It may be enjoyed or purchased directly at Restaurante Puebloastur, as well as through its online shop.
