Inspired by the ancient principles of hydrotherapy, our circuit invites you to move through different expressions of water, heat and rest. A slow experience designed to relax the muscles, stimulate circulation and restore a natural feeling of lightness to the body.
Finnish sauna
A dry heat space designed to support the elimination of toxins, ease the breath, activate circulation and help the body recover after physical effort.
Turkish bath Hammam
An enveloping atmosphere of steam, between 43°C and 44°C and with 90% relative humidity, conceived to hydrate the skin, relax the body and encourage a deep sense of purification.
Contrast showers
Five sensory experiences combining chromotherapy, aromatherapy, a natural rain cascade, sequential shower and a delicate ultra-hydrating micro-mist.
Bubble beds
A gentle and enveloping aquatic pause, designed to encourage relaxation, rest and a sense of inner balance.
Outdoor jacuzzi and relaxation area
An outdoor jacuzzi, therapeutic benches, cold plunge pool and relaxation beds complete the journey with a serene, restorative and deeply sensory pause.
Active hydrotherapy
Dorsolumbar jets, Rondó waterfall, cervical jet, active channel, wall-mounted plantar jets and wall jets work on the body through different pressures and movements of water.
